Since the 12th of December, 1962, when our father, Mobolaji Olawale Akinola Omonkore, assumed leadership, the work has been progressing with purpose and precision. One of the key priorities of the Department of the Interior is ensuring that all communities across Yoruba land are provided with essential services, including reliable access to electricity. Electricity is fundamental to modern life, and through this department, all major businesses, small traders, and residents will have access to free, sustainable power to support their operations and improve their quality of life.
